Show Update 30th July

BBMF Spitfire Display Confirmed

So, we have now passed the so called “Freedom Day” on July 19th and whilst many restrictions have been lifted, this pesky virus has not gone away. However, I am pleased to say that we have continued to make our preparations for the 2021 show.

With just one month to go before the show our entry list is looking healthy and we have secured a number of trade displays and food stalls for your added entertainment and refreshment. We still have spaces available for car and motorcycle entries and entry forms can be downloaded from here.

We are delighted to announce that we have also had confirmation from the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight that we will have a fly past by a Spitfire at some point during the event, weather permitting of course. This is a real boost to us as in previous years they have put on a superb display and we are looking forward to a similar treat again this year.

Don’t forget that if you just want to come and visit our show to admire the fine display of classic vehicles, entry for the public is free of charge and there are several large car parks within two minutes easy walking distance of the show site. So why not come along, bring the family and have a great day out, it’s been a while!!

As stated earlier the Covid virus is still with us, however we are an outdoor event, therefore there are no official restrictions enforced upon us by the powers that be. Nevertheless, if you are displaying a vehicle or coming along to visit, we do ask that people respect others by maintaining personal space, especially if you are queuing for refreshments or toilet facilities. If everyone is respectful and courteous to others, we will have a safe and enjoyable day.

We hope you can come along and join us.
