2021 Show Introduction
Sleaford Classic Car and Motorcycle Show
4th September 2021
After all of the disappointments and challenges of 2020 and with almost all Classic vehicle events and shows being cancelled, at both, local and national levels, we at The Sleaford Classic Car and Motorcycle Show are determined to put on event that we can be proud of in 2021. Despite the latest round of national lockdown being announced at the start of the New Year, we are very optimistic that by September we will have returned to a situation where these outdoor events will be able to go ahead for all to enjoy.
We have set the date for Saturday the 4th September at our regular venue, Lafford Terrace, and we will being doing our utmost to put on great show for 2021 with all of the usual attractions including live music, a Battle of Britain Memorial Flight fly-past as well as an eclectic display of cars and motorcycles spanning almost 100 years of automotive history.
We very much hope that you will be able to support our show this year as an entrant or visitor. There will of course be the opportunity to support the show through sponsorship or advertising, however we understand that, in these unprecedented times, this may be challenging for some of our regular contributors.
Whatever happens over the coming months, you can rest assured that we will be doing everything we can to put on a show that is enjoyable and safe for all and one that will comply with any government requirements and guidelines in place at that time.
We look forward to seeing you and catching up on what has been happening in your classic world in recent months, hopefully, those of us fortunate (or foolhardy) enough to own a classic, have been able to invest some time in improving the appearance or maintaining them to a higher standard. You never know you may even pick up a trophy on the day.
So, save the date, and we will all keep our fingers crossed that we can put on a show that we can all enjoy taking part in.
